Edipresse AS Romania is the only media company selected in "TOP 50 - Best companies to work for", released today for the first time on the Romanian market by the prestigious business weekly "Capital". The ranking has been made through a comprehensive survey conducted by the international research company GFK, identifying the best working places in Romania, evaluated by more than 2,000 middle management employees.
The study is analyzing 41 criteria included in the following categories: working conditions, quality of the internal cooperation, salary and benefits, and professional development. Edipresse AS Romania features as the 25th in quality of internal cooperation, the 30th in working conditions, the 36th in salary and benefits package and the 37th in professional development. Ranked 33rd overall, Edipresse Romania scored better than many multinationals. The TOP 50 will be published in the forthcoming issue of "Capital". |
