Edipresse AS Romania is the only media company selected for "The 2007 edition of the TOP 100 - the best companies to work for"
For the third consecutive year, Edipresse AS Romania has been selected for the "The 2007 edition of the TOP 100 - the best companies to work for", published by the weekly business and economy magazine "Capital" in October 2007.
The classification was based on a survey made by the international market research company GFK, that identified the best companies to work for in Romania.
The classification’s statistics:
- Over 360 selected companies, the most important in Romania taking into consideration the turnover and number of employees, from different domains;
- Over 4.000 employees from middle management were interviewed.
The study analyzed 37 different criteria grouped into four categories: working conditions, internal collaboration quality, salary and benefits, professional development. Edipresse AS Romania has gathered the following score: 125 points for "working conditions offered by the company", 202 points for the collaboration quality inside the company, 123 points for salary and benefits and 215 points at "professional development". Edipresse AS Romania ranked in the 32nd place in TOP, with a 665 total score. |
